Recently I have been embarking on training my physical body outside of yoga. I have stuck with the downward dogs and added on running marathons, lifting weights, and other fun ventures. Recently I was blessed with a one on one coaching moment by one of the greats, Coach Burgener. If meditation has taught me anything it is to let go of who we think we are so we can create our state of being on the moment to moment/day to day. Blessed is this sweet life!
