Breath: The Key to the Present

Breath is the key to noticing how present you are. When you pay attention to your inhale and exhale all of a sudden the mind has to focus and this invites you to notice where you are in time and space. Breathing with awareness is the gift that allows us to live fully in the magic of life. The mantra of the breath is with us always each moment of everyday we are embodied on this planet.

Give thanks to the Earth in Love and drink in the medicine of our exchange with the trees and all living forces within us and around us.
